Making time for your own business is one of the biggest challenges designers face. Client projects always seem to take priority. In an industry as competitive as interior design, finding the answers you need can be nearly impossible. We've created an environment you can get those answers in a safe, collaborative space while carving out the time you need to implement those changes in your business.

It's taken us years to cultivate working relationships that uplift and benefit our businesses. Design Camp will expedite that process over the course of 4 days. We've carefully selected The Wayback as the backdrop to Design Camp. The boutique hotel is comprised of 8 quaint, private cottages. Each with a different configuration, they are perfect for the intimate and transformative week we have planned.

When Lindsey started her business, she had no formal experience and there weren't any comprehensive, actionable, or relatable resources for building a successful interior design business. Anastasia has served hundreds of interior designers for years and sees them face the same challenges over and over. Everything felt top secret, competitive and subjective. After working together for over a year, we made it our mission to create an interior design retreat where designers can form honest, supportive relationships, create an accountable mastermind group, and be given the blue print they need to level up their business.

Design Camp has been carefully designed to have tangible, actionable takeaways, time to implement what you've learned, and a casual, camp-like experience in a setting where you can relax and truly connect with other business women. It's time to elevate your business, level up your systems and operations, and cultivate meaningful friendships with women that uplift and support you.

Design Camp is a 4 day work retreat that puts your business and your well-being first.

WEEK 1: October 18-21
WEEK 2: October 25-28

Actionable, strategic, and specific are the pillars to Design Camp. We'll be covering everything from contract specifics to profit margins and marketing plans. You will leave Design Camp with a business plan for 2021 + beyond.

We've built-in implementation time and one-on-one coaching sessions so you leave Design Camp with the heavy lifting already done for your business. Your Design Camp Field Guide will be your business road map moving forward.

But it's not all work. We took out all the fussy, nerve-wracking elements of a traditional workshop and made it casual, beautiful, and collaborative. The mastermind network of fellow Campers is the intangible takeaway you can't put a price on.  Think wine tasting, pizza-making, breakfast on the patio, farm-to-table kind of vibes.

Lindsey Brooke Design

With no formal training, Lindsey has crafted a lucrative career as the principal designer and founder at Lindsey Brooke Design. When she first started, she couldn't find any resources or education on how to actually RUN an interior design business. She took matters in her own hands and began reaching out to other designers with specific questions on how they ran their business. She made many costly mistakes that took time and significant resources to recover from and left a lot of money on the table.

Finding a key group of fellow designers to ask questions, share ideas, and get feedback from has been the KEY to her success. It has taken her years to get her systems and processes in a place that work for her business, not against it. Her goal for Design Camp is to skip the bullshit and guide you through what she has learned in a safe, uplifting environment free of comparison or self-doubt.

The Identite Collective & IDCO Studio

Five years ago, Anastasia founded The Identite Collective, a blog to share her extensive marketing and design experience with her loyal following. Shortly after, Anastasia made the decision to serve interior designers exclusively, through bespoke branding, web design and Instagram Management services at IDCO Studio. With a client list of some of the biggest names in the biz, Anastasia and her team create holistic brands for leaders in the interior design industry.

Combining data from all of her managed accounts, Anastasia has crafted a marketing strategy for Design Camp attendees to leverage and implement directly into their business. Eager to share, listen and collaborate at Design Camp, the IDCO Team hopes to take the guesswork out of what to post, who to pitch to and what's next in your business.
