Design Camp is for interior designers to refine how their studios operate, grow, and position themselves within the industry.

August 31 – September 3, 2026
The Austin Proper Hotel
Hosted at The Austin Proper Hotel, Design Camp brings together a curated group of designers for thoughtful conversations about the business of design. Over four days, we move well beyond inspiration and into the pivotal decisions that shape a profitable and sustainable studio.
From pricing structures and operational frameworks to client experience and brand visibility, each session is designed to help you step away from the daily demands of your projects and rethink how your business truly functions.

Why Designers Keep Coming to Design Camp
Interior designers rarely have a space to talk openly about the realities of running their businesses.

Not just the creative side of the industry, but the operational decisions that determine whether a studio grows with clarity and confidence.

Design Camp was created to fill that gap.
Across four days, designers gather for conversations that are strategic, practical, and grounded in real experience.

Attendees leave with:

-
Greater clarity around their studio’s revenue structure
-
New frameworks for managing projects and teams
-
A stronger approach to converting prospective clients
-
A refined understanding of how their brand is positioned within the market

Most importantly, they leave with direction for the next stage of their business.
